Emergency & Critical Care
Our 24-hour emergency services provide a highly trained team of Veterinarians and AHT’s to care for your loved ones.
When you need us, we’ll be there.
If possible, we recommend that you call ahead with details regarding your emergency. This will allow us to better prepare for your arrival and assure immediate medical attention. Please note that Aquitaine Animal Hospital does operate on a ‘triage’ basis the same as in a human emergency facility, and patients are seen in the following order:
- life threatening emergencies,
- serious or acute illness or injury,
- less serious or non-life threatening concerns.
Our Animal Health Technologists are trained to evaluate your pet at presentation and they can assess the treatment order required.
